Why we started
Nexus VIP Rides began in Myrtle Beach.
Our simple promise: show up on time, treat every passenger like family, and answer the phone with a real person. Today we operate with lots of care for the people who count on us to get to care safely and with dignity.
What we believe
Three things we come back to
People deserve to arrive with their dignity intact. Being picked up for dialysis three times a week is not a neutral experience. It can be rushed, impersonal, and faintly humiliating — or it can be twenty minutes with someone who knows your name and isn't in a hurry. That's a choice a company makes.
Being on time is a clinical matter, not a customer service matter. A missed dialysis chair isn't an inconvenience. We schedule like that's true.
Say what's actually happening. If we're running late, we call. If we can't take a trip, we say so instead of stringing you along. If we make a mistake, we own it.

Our drivers
Trained for the work, not just the wheel
Every driver is screened before they carry a passenger and re-screened on a schedule: state and national criminal background, sex offender and abuse registry, three-year driving record, and drug testing.
Training covers passenger assistance, sighted guide technique, service animal rules, de-escalation, CPR and First Aid, and at least twelve hours of in-service safety training every year.
They wear a uniform and a photo ID badge. They tell you their name and the company name when they arrive. You should always know who is at your door.
