Ambulatory Transportation
For passengers who can walk and get into a vehicle seat with limited help.
Our driver meets you at the door, offers an arm, helps you into the vehicle, secures your seat belt, and walks you to the entrance at your destination. Walkers, canes, crutches, and portable oxygen come with you.
Best for: appointments, therapy, follow-ups, pharmacy stops on the way home from care.
Door-to-door, not curb-to-curb. You are walked to the entrance, not dropped at the curb.
Standing schedules. Ride the same route every week and we hold a slot for you and confirm automatically. Tell us the pattern once and stop calling it in.
Recurring Care Rides
A schedule that works around treatment that doesn't bend.
Nobody schedules dialysis to be convenient. Three times a week, at the same time, the same chair is waiting — and missing it isn't a nuisance, it's a clinical setback. We treat recurring trips like the standing appointments they are: the same driver when we can manage it, the same courtesy, and a schedule that treats your treatment time as fixed.
For therapy, chemotherapy, and other regularly scheduled care, we track your series and remind you as it changes.

Being clear about this up front saves everyone a difficult moment at the curb.
- We are not an ambulance. We do not provide emergency transport, Basic Life Support, or Advanced Life Support.
- We do not provide medical care. Our drivers do not assess, monitor, administer medication, or perform any clinical task.
- We do not provide attendant care. Our drivers do not stay with a passenger at a destination or provide supervision.
- We do not lift or carry passengers. We assist; we do not perform manual transfers.
- We do not enter homes beyond the entry threshold.
If a passenger needs supervision or hands-on help during the trip, an escort needs to ride along. Tell us when you book and we'll make sure there's a seat.
